MASTER COURSE
The I level Master Course “Intercultural and Environmental Management of Schools” aims to create a new breed of professionals, called intercultural eco-managers of schools, able to project and develop interventions and policies on sustainable development in an intercultural perspective.
The I level Master Course is made up of 4 learning sections
- transcultural analysis of sustainable development,
- environmental management and its application to schools,
- intercultural management in schools,
- application of intercultural eco-management in schools.
This Master Course aims to train the following breed of professionals:
- Intercultural eco-manager, an expert able to project active policies of environmental and intercultural management. She is able to help schools to adjust sustainable development to standard management procedures.
- Teachers and school managers at all levels able to project sustainable development paths in an intercultural perspective to be applied to school management
- Consultants working in the field of sustainable development promotion policies in schools
- Professionals for training and development agencies.
In the field of environmental management:
At the end of the Master, trainees have to develop the following abilities -
At theoretical level, every trainee must demonstrate to have an in-depth knowledge of the concepts of sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, green procurement, environmental management systems (EMS), sustainability balance and sustainable mobility.
In the field of intercultural management:
At the end of the Master trainees have to develop the following abilities -
At theoretical-cultural level: know the concepts of intercultural communication and mediation, intercultural management.
